Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We reserve the right to decline shipment to any address at our discretion (see Terms & Conditions, “Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders”).

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your address, package weight, and selected speed (e.g., Ground, 2-Day). We ship via [USPS / UPS], and every order includes tracking.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also view order status any time by logging into My Account → Orders.

Discreet Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to the contents on the outside of the box.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or shows delivered but you did not receive it, contact us at support@saiyanpeptides.com within 15 days of the expected delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier.

Sales Tax

Applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and current state/local tax rates.
