Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Site, registering an account or completing a purchase you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Research Use Only Disclaimer, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or purchase products.

Research Use Only (RUO) policy

All products sold by Arch Research are designated strictly for Research Use Only (RUO). They are intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research and analytical use by qualified professionals.

• Not for human consumption of any kind.
• Not for animal or veterinary use.
• Not for diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical or medical applications.
• Not for use as food, food additives, dietary supplements, drugs or cosmetics.

No human or animal use

Products must never be ingested, injected, inhaled, applied to the skin or otherwise introduced into a human or animal body. Our products are not drugs, supplements or cosmetics and have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority for any use.

Customer eligibility & representations

By placing an order you represent and warrant that:

No medical claims or advice

Nothing on the Site, in our emails, on product labels or in our communications constitutes medical advice. We do not provide treatment protocols, dosage guidance, administration instructions or health recommendations of any kind, and our staff will not answer questions about personal use. Requests of this nature may result in order cancellation.

Product quality, purity & testing

We work to supply high-purity research materials. Batches are tested by independent third-party laboratories and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is published for each batch in our COA Library. Product descriptions, specifications and purity figures are provided for research reference only. Minor variations between batches can occur and do not constitute a defect.

Research chemical disclaimer

Research compounds, including peptides, are experimental materials whose properties, safety and efficacy have not been fully characterised. You accept all risks associated with the purchase, handling, storage and use of these materials.

Laboratory handling responsibility

You are solely responsible for proper storage, personal protective equipment (PPE), laboratory safety compliance and disposal of all products and packaging. You are encouraged to review the relevant Safety Data Sheet (SDS) information before handling any material.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to use, resell or distribute products for:

• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.

Violations may result in immediate account termination, cancellation of pending orders and, where required, reporting to the appropriate authorities.

Accounts & security

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@archresearch.shop if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

Order screening & compliance

We reserve the right to review, hold, limit or cancel any order — before or after payment — if it shows signs of misuse, suspicious purchasing patterns, inconsistent information, potential fraud or non-compliance with these Terms. Where an order is cancelled after payment, we issue a refund to the original payment method where applicable.

Pricing, payments & fraud prevention

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors and may cancel orders placed at an incorrect price. Payment must be received in full before an order ships. Orders are subject to verification and fraud screening.

Shipping, risk of loss & title

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays or for loss, theft or damage after the carrier has confirmed shipment.

Returns & refunds

Because our products are research chemicals, sales are generally final. Limited exceptions for damaged, incorrect or verified quality issues are described in our Refund & Return Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arch Research LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the purchase, misuse, improper handling or use of any product. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Arch Research LLC, its owners, employees and partners from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of products, your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law.

Right to refuse service

We may refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities or suspend accounts at any time, at our sole discretion and without notice.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
