Refund Policy

Because our products are research compounds sold for laboratory use, we handle returns differently than a typical consumer store. Please read this policy before ordering.

All Sales Are Generally Final

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind, and opened/used vials cannot be returned. This policy does not affect the protections below for orders that arrive damaged, incorrect, or lost.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at support@saiyanpeptides.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@saiyanpeptides.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet shipped. We also reserve the right to cancel any order per our Terms & Conditions, in which case you will be refunded in full.

Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Orders paid by manual payment methods (Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal) are refunded by the same method, which may take longer depending on the provider.
