These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all orders placed through saiyanpeptides.com (the “Site”), operated by Saiyan Peptides (“we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order, creating an account, or using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility & Research-Use Certification

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase from this Site. All products are sold strictly for laboratory research use — see our Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Placing an order is your certification that you meet these requirements.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products, including purity data from third-party testing where available. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free.

3. Ordering & Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax and shipping, which are calculated at checkout.
  • We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of order.
  • Orders paid by Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or similar manual methods are held and will not ship until payment is confirmed received in our account.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, correct pricing errors, and update product availability at any time without prior notice.

4. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse, limit, or cancel any order — before or after payment or order confirmation — for any reason, including suspected fraud, suspected resale for non-research purposes, pricing or inventory errors, or shipping-restricted destinations. If an order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saiyan Peptides and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or research results, arising out of or related to your purchase or use (or misuse) of any product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

You agree to indemnify and hold Saiyan Peptides harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your use of a product for any purpose other than the permitted laboratory research use described in our Disclaimer, including any use involving human or animal consumption.
